For Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary’s new attraction called Wildlife Island, Purchasing Officer Craig Field turned to the TW002 Fountain:

“I was looking for a drinking fountain that would be suitable for both adults and children to use. It also needed to be accessible by wheelchair dependents.

I received a written quote from Urban within 24 hours of my enquiry. I found the sales staff very friendly and helpful. I was unsure of the colour that we wanted and I was emailed a colour chart the same day. Every phone call or email was dealt with promptly.

The opening of Wildlife Island was only 3 weeks away and I knew that it didn’t leave much time to order what I wanted. Claire promised that she would do all that was possible to ensure that the fountain was ready before the big day. Actually, the fountain was ready within 2 weeks which gave us plenty of time to get it installed.

We are very pleased with the end product. The fountain looks good and is working well. A job well done!  Thank you to all involved.”
