Lane Cove Renewal Project

Unique items that reflect a contemporary style

About the Project

In a recent project, we worked with Lane Cove Council in Sydney’s Lower North Shore, to supply a number of products for a small renewal project.

Urban’s durable steel balustrading, along with custom steel seating have provided a stylish addition to the Lane Cove area.

The SS24 balustrading was supplied to feature extensively throughout the project. The balustrading was required at varying lengths ranging from between 2m – 3m.

Due to budget constraints, Lane Cove Council wanted the balustrading to be manufactured from mild steel instead of stainless steel. We were happy to accommodate their request and produced the panels in steel. The panels were then galvanized and painted in a silver powdercoat.

Bench Seating

To compliment the look of the balustrading, an SB3 steel rod bench seat and a custom manufactured wall mounted steel rod seat was also supplied.
